SCHEDULE SERVICE

When you visit our schedule service page, have the following information ready. The more accurate the information you can give us the better.

• Year
• Make
• Model
• Trim (Optional)
• VIN (Optional)
• Mileage

Use the drop-down menus to choose each option. You must begin by choosing a year before you go on to the other menus. After the year, choose whether you are bringing in a Toyota or Lexus model. You can also choose “other” if you need service for a different make. The third option is for the model. To further narrow things down, you can go down and pick a trim (if there is one) and enter your VIN and mileage. While some information is optional, it helps us know more about your Toyota's needs.

Choose Your Service

Once you fill out the year, make, and model, then click on the red button at the bottom of the schedule. From there, you will see a list of services for your vehicle. You will also see prices on some of our common service needs. Here is a step-by-step on what to do next:

1. Click on your needed services or concerns you want to be checked.
2. Click on “calendar” on the bottom right to move to available dates and times.
3. Choose a service adviser at the top left of the page.
4. Let them know if you are waiting or have your own transportation at the top right.
5. Choose from available appointments shaded in green.
6. Click the red “review” button on the bottom right.
7. Enter your name and contact information.
8. Click on “create appointment” to schedule your time.
