My husband and I had the best experience! Juan met us in the parking lot upon an arrival and showed us exactly what we requested, which was a new to us car that had been well maintained. He explained the difference between certified pre-owned and used cars, while offering the information about new car pricing. He answered any questions we had and was patient along the way. Because this was the first place we visited, we wanted to explore some other places that had things of interest. We spent all day looking at different dealerships and used car dealerships and retuned back to North Georgia Toyota. I never would have considered a Corolla, because I have driven an SUV for so long. But, the SUV prices for both new and used did not work in our budget. We test drove the Corolla and fell in love!
My previous car was struggling as a daily driver and was costing us more in repairs than it was worth. Having the opportunity to purchase a NEW car was something I didn’t think was attainable, but Juan helped us feel confident about our decision and helped us understand that the overall costs while making sure we stayed within our budget. He shared benefits of the new car with regards to warrantees and service maintenance were both valuable now and in the long term.
