I had a great experience with my last purchase at North Georgia Toyota; before, during, and after the purchase. Kaylee was on line with me several times helping me choose what I wanted before I drove down there to the dealership. This was my 3rd purchase at that dealership. Rodger was the salesman who seemed to know exactly what I wanted. He had me try the red Corolla Cross. My husband and I had the best experience! Juan met us in the parking lot upon an arrival and showed us exactly what we requested, which was a new to us car that had been well maintained. He explained the difference between certified pre-owned and used cars, while offering the information about new car pricing. He answered any questions we had and was patient along the way. Because this was the first place we visited, we wanted to explore some other places that had things of interest. We spent all day looking at different dealerships and used car dealerships and retuned back to North Georgia Toyota. I never would have considered a Corolla, because I have driven an SUV for so long. But, the SUV prices for both new and used did not work in our budget. We test drove the Corolla and fell in love! My previous car was struggling as a daily driver and was costing us more in repairs than it was worth. Having the opportunity to purchase a NEW car was something I didn’t think was attainable, but Juan helped us feel confident about our decision and helped us understand that the overall costs while making sure we stayed within our budget. He shared benefits of the new car with regards to warrantees and service maintenance were both valuable now and in the long term. I have loved driving a new car, but more importantly I love driving a car that is reliable and safe! I no longer have to worry about what is wrong with my car or if a new problem will arise on my way to work! Thank you Juan for helping us!

Can't explain how good the customer service was here, had several locations we were looking into the day we bought our 24 Tundra sr5 4x4... Tommy S. was our salesman and he did a great job showing us exactly what my husband wanted and seemed liked he truly cared, he hung in there after we said we wasn't going to by something that day and when we changed our minds he was ready to start the process even after his shift was supposed to end. Process was smooth!!! Thank you North Georgia Toyota again, and I highly recommend this dealership!

My experience here was WONDERFUL!! Tony & Maria helped me tremendously I landed on a 2024 Toyota Tacoma SR5 2WD but unfortunately ended up needing a 4WD a few days later they had no problem accommodating me what so ever, the most friendliest staff I have ever experienced and the atmosphere was super light ! I had the pleasure of meeting Tommy, Maria and Christian and they made my truck buying process wonderful. Tommy was very knowledgeable and just a genuine person. She didn’t try to oversell and gave me her personal opinion/experiences which was very comforting. Lastly, Christian showed me the ropes of the truck along with how to work all the fancy things I had never used before. This was my favorite part of the experience because it’s the most fun obviously but Christian was great and educated me on everything there is to know about my truck. I was also fortunate enough to come at the right time and got the truck for much cheaper because they were running some great deals at the time. I really appreciated the entire process and would recommend anyone to come here for car buying needs.

Came in to get a windshield wiper replaced after getting it installed and it breaking in less than 4,500 miles (nothing to do with the way it was installed) spoke with Dylan in Parts and he was very helpful. He found me the right wiper and walked out and helped me get it replaced. In and out in less than 5 min and got all the help I needed. Simple job yes, but I can appreciate Dylan keepin it simple and getting me taken care of.

There is something to be said about a hometown business versus a Superstore. I received a lot of TLC at NG Toyota before and during the purchase of my new RAV-4. Roger (Coach) did a great job explaining the new technology and answering all my questions. He was patient and allowed me to express my thoughts and concerns without interruption. From the signing of the papers, to the technology tutorial, to the tour of the Service Department, and to the drive home in my beautiful ruby-red SUV, I enthusiastically give 2 thumbs up and a huge smiley face.

Juan López was great! So patient and was not pushy like they are at other car dealerships. After the truck we wanted got purchased, he made sure to find us the exact one we wanted. Kept up updated during the whole process. I 100% would recommend North Georgia Toyota!!

Very disappointed, we tried to settle the debt of only 5 months that we have left and they, being notified in advance of the day that the check would arrive, rejected it and now I have to pay the months one by one and it is with a surcharge without talking about what that affects my credit It's terrible that they only want to earn, they buy anywhere but not with this place.

Very helpful sales experience. Alex was not pushy at all, just talked with me through different options and ultimately got me behind the wheel of the car that fit exactly what I wanted. It needed body work as part of the sale, but Alex communicated with me and helped make sure it got fixed up right. Also Bill in the service department was a very helpful point of contact multiple times throughout the course of getting everything taken care of, even when it was stuff not strictly in his department.

Ivan went above and beyond to give us a great car buying experience. He is very patient and courteous. Christian is also deserving of praise. He was so helpful with our needs. He was very patient with us old folks who don’t keep up with technology. He was able to get everything technical on our vehicle setup. It would have taken us hours to accomplish this.

my aunt and I came in to buy a brand new car in November we had already put in a deposit in for one that was arriving. all I was figuring out was how I was going to finance it. I could not do it on my own due to my length of my credit. we had decided to go to a local credit union because we had gotten a lower interest rate. The only down side was that I was not going to be in the loan and I wanted my credit to grow. I wanted to be under the loan. I ended up with Toyota financing even tho the interest rate was a bit higher, but I was under the loan and that's all I wanted. It turns out they lied I was not in the loan and it was only signed toward my aunt. they lied to us to get us to finance with them. just shows the shady business these salesman do to get people to finance with them or sell a car. be very careful here because they truly are just out for their commission and not with their clients satisfaction. they also gave me the wrong car with the wrong vin so when I went to put insurance on it I had put insurance on a completely other car. truly poor customer satisfaction and just shady business.

Im honestly kinda disappointed from my experience. I made sure to ask many questions before I made my first car purchase and I realized they could not give me direct answers, I still bought it because they said if i got a co-signer it would still build my credit but it had a slightly higher interest rate which made want the car even more because of credit building. Then according to the contract that was not true which I admit I did not read that part because I trusted the guys word. Basically for the same loan I could have gone to credit union and gotten a lower interest rate, but I had only gone with Toyota because the salesmen said it would build my credit with co-signer. Just be careful buying a car there because at the end of the day they are there to sell.

My husband and I both purchased new vehicles recently from North Georgia Toyota. It could not have been a more pleasant experience. Zack was wonderful! He is not a high pressure salesman. He wants you to be happy with your purchase. He kept us up to date on the arrival of our vehicles and did an excellent job when they arrived of explaining all the bells and whistles. Chad was great at taking care of financing and explaining the warranties available. Again, no high pressure. I highly recommend North Georgia Toyota and we will be repeat customers!

I just had the timing belt and water pump replaced on my Solara. It is recommended maintenance on cars with timing belts. The folks there took very good care of my car and did a nice job at a fair price.

Worst experience ever. Never going here again. Had my truck up there for a simple new key fob and programming. Gave them advance notice that it would be there and was told they would call when it got there. Was never called until I called them and they said it would be done that day. Went up there and was told it would be done by 9 AM and they didn’t start working on it until 10. I would highly suggest never coming to this place!!!!!!

honestly if i could give 0 stars i would. if you want good efficient service also if you want to not be ran around in circles never knowing when your vehicle will be fixed this is the absolute LAST place to go. if you do end up taking a vehicle to them ( which i absolutely do not recommend ) stay there and wait til it gets finished or in my experience it won’t even be started on. just a heads up if you need a key fob made with them and programmed the physical key that’s connected to the fob isn’t included , it’s extra. also another side note i wouldn’t deal with ANY kind of service issues with Brian or Ryan. after we got to time 3 of when my “vehicle would be ready” i walked into the sales floor to ask a question and one of the sales workers went and talked to someone and they were working on my vehicle within 30 minutes.
